BOXING & WEIGHTS

Boxing & Weights (Non-Contact)

This dynamic full-body class combines boxing training and strength work for maximum results.

You’ll train like a boxer using heavy punch bags and focus mitts—with no contact—to build cardio fitness, coordination, and power. The boxing rounds are paired with structured weight training, including free weights, TRX, and functional bodyweight exercises, to strengthen and tone your entire body.

With classes limited to just six people, you receive hands-on coaching, correct technique, and workouts adapted to your fitness level. Every session is challenging, energising, and designed to support weight loss, strength, and overall fitness.

KICKBOXING & WEIGHTS/FUNCTIONAL

Cardio Kickboxing & Conditioning (Non-Contact)

A fast-paced, high-energy class designed to burn calories, boost fitness, and make you feel unstoppable.

This session combines powerful punching and kicking drills on heavy bags, kick shields, and focus mitts—all non-contact—to get your heart rate up and your body moving. The kickboxing rounds are blended with conditioning and strength work, including free weights, TRX, rebounding, and targeted core exercises for a complete full-body workout.

With classes limited to just six people, you’ll receive personalised coaching, constant motivation, and exercises tailored to your ability. Expect great music, serious sweat, and a fun, supportive environment that keeps you coming back.
