Strength and Conditioning
Strength and Conditioning class. Coach Lil is an Elite Personal Trainer and will guide you through this moderate intensity workout. Suitable for all levels, men and women.
Cardio Kickboxing
Non contact cardio kickboxing. High impact training on the heavy bags and kick shields. High intensity training to motivating music, men and women. no under 12 yrs.
Personal Training
1 on 1 with Coach Lil.
Training tailored to suit your needs.
Workouts will include: Boxing and Kickboxing, Functional Exercise, Padwork and Core Strengthening.

Small Private Groups
Do you have a few friends who would like to join you in a private group class.
Private group classes can be booked for Kickboxing, Boxing or Personal Training doing strength and conditioning as well as functional training.
No age limit, no unders 14's
Classes are female friendly.
Most women are reluctant to try kickboxing as they do not want to be hit in the face or anywhere for that matter. Since Tribe is a non contact training gym, women and men can enjoy the training without having to be hit or hit another person.

Boxing
Group Boxing is for both men and women. Train like a fighter without the sparring. Classes are non contact and focus on technique and fitness conditioning. You can expect to train on the Punchbags and focus mitts. Classes are for all levels of skill and fitness.
